YOUTH ACTING OPPORTUNITIES -
Ages 15 and under ONLY

Young Company Auditions for A CHRISTMAS CAROL.

We will be looking for young people to play the Cratchit children and various other children’s roles.

Audition Date:
Sunday, September 19, 2010
Location:
Theatre Calgary Rehearsal Hall (EPCOR Centre for the Arts)
Show Dates:
Rehearsals begin on Nov. 16; Show runs Nov. 30 – Dec. 26/10

Please submit a recent photo or headshot, along with a resume of performance experience and any relevent classes and training.

GENERAL AUDITIONS 2010/11


THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE HAS PASSED.  General Auditions for our 2010-11 season took place
MARCH 25th and 31st, 2010 in CALGARY.  No further auditions are planned.


We will begin accepting submissions for 2011-12 season
in January, 2011.


Artists who are members of the Canadian Actors Equity Association are given audition priority for any audition.
CAEA members: please bring your membership card to any audition. Non-Equity artists will be seen when and if spaces are available.

Theatre Calgary is a member of the Professional Association of Canadian Theatres, and operates within the jurisdiction of the Canadian Theatre Agreement. Equity members cast in any production will be engaged under an Equity form of contract.

SCRIPT POLICY

Theatre Calgary does not invite unsolicited scripts. We do develop and foster relationships with playwrights locally and nationally under the Artistic Director's discretion. Theatre Calgary commissions new work from playwrights that reflect the mandate of our theatre.
