We understand that your personal information and privacy is important to you. It is our policy to ensure that the information you share with us is recorded accurately, retained securely, and used only according to your wishes. We are working hard to ensure that all policies are in accordance with Canada's new Provincial and Federal Privacy Laws.

As a subscriber, single ticket purchaser, or sponsor of Theatre Calgary, we may collect some of your personal information. This may include your name, street and email address(es), phone number(s), and credit card information. We may also have a record of your purchases and donations. Most of this information is collected when you purchase your tickets. It may come to us through your phone call, mail or TicketMaster order, or when you come to our lobby box office in the Max Bell Theatre. We may have more detailed information from patrons who have been long-term supporters of Theatre Calgary.

We try to call all our subscribers at least once every year to obtain your opinions and feedback and update any of your information, so that our records are as accurate as possible.

Only authorized Theatre Calgary personnel have access to any of your information. We will never sell or give out your personal information to a third party source.

We are also committed to ensuring that patrons and donors do not receive an unreasonable number of letters or phone calls from Theatre Calgary. With your consent, we will only send you information that we believe will enhance your experience with Theatre Calgary.
