What does my Flex Pass subscription package include?
Your Flex Pass consists of six ticket vouchers (printed on our regular ticket stock) that are each redeemable for one ticket to any Subscription Series performance or A Christmas Carol. You can book your Flex Pass tickets in any combination: use it to take two people to three shows, three people to two shows, four to one show and two to another… you have total flexibility! As well, Flex Pass subscribers receive the same benefits as Five-Play subscribers, including ticket exchange privileges and a 20% discount on extra tickets (subject to some conditions).
Are there any performances that I cannot book on my Flex Pass?
There are some special presentations that cannot be booked on a Flex Pass, such as our annual co-production with One Yellow Rabbit’s High Performance Rodeo. If applicable, Flex Pass subscribers do receive the subscriber discount of 20% for such productions.
I didn’t use all of my Flex vouchers from last season. Can I use them this season?
Unfortunately, no. Flex vouchers must be redeemed during the season for which they were purchased. They don’t carry over into future seasons.
How can I book my performance dates?
You can book your performance dates by calling (403) 294-7447, or by visiting our sales office in person—we’re inside Theatre Calgary’s administrative offices on the +15 level of the EPCOR CENTRE. Both the phone line and the sales office are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Where do I pick up my tickets?
You can pick up your tickets on the day of your performance at the ticket pick-up inside the Max Bell Theatre lobby—this table opens one hour before the show starts. Alternatively, you can pick up tickets at the Theatre Calgary sales office on the +15 level of the EPCOR CENTER—this office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. In either case, please remember to bring your Flex vouchers with you! We need to collect these vouchers in exchange for your tickets.
I’ve already booked my performance dates. Can I make an exchange?
Yes, as long as it’s at least two business days before your scheduled performance. You can make an exchange by calling (403) 294-7447 or visiting the sales office in person. If you’ve already picked up your tickets from the office, please have them on hand when you make your exchange.
