Welcome to our new season!

We’re scoundrels here at Theatre Calgary.
The dirty, rotten kind. When you take your
seat in our theatre, we deliberately steal
you away and flirt with your imagination.

This new season reflects Calgary: growing
diversity, inquisitive minds and exhilarating
energy. You’ll be riveted to your seat as a
young man boldly defends his family in A
Raisin in the Sun. You’ll cheer on the brothers
in Skydive who perform extraordinary acts
of daring. Doubt will ignite conversation and
debate. You’ll marvel at the witty dialogue
of Oscar Wilde’s An Ideal Husband and, as a
grand finale, you’ll fall for a couple of shamelessly
charming con men who will tickle your
funny bone and sneak their way into your
heart in the new Broadway musical Dirty
Rotten Scoundrels.

In addition to our subscription season, our
holiday tradition continues with A Christmas
Carol. As well, we have added a bonus production,
Frankenstein, which is co-presented
with Calgary’s esteemed One Yellow Rabbit
Performance Theatre. Please consider joining
us for this daring and unusual production.

Our goal this season is to “take you for a ride”
and have you thanking us afterward!
