Take notice that the Annual General Meetings
of the members of Theatre Calgary
and the Theatre Calgary Endowment Foundation will be held:

Monday, October 26, 2026, 6:30pm
Max Bell Theatre lobby, Werklund Centre
220 - 9th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB

For the purposes of:

1. Receiving the audited financial statements and annual reports of Theatre Calgary and the Endowment Foundation for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026.

2. Electing Directors for the ensuing year, set at a maximum of 20 Directors for Theatre Calgary and 8 Directors for the Endowment Foundation.

3. Authorizing the respective Boards to appoint the auditors for the next fiscal year and fix their remuneration.

4. At the General Meeting of the Endowment Foundation, approving a Special Resolution to repeal and replace the current Endowment Foundation By-Laws, including amendments to the definition of Membership and the process for amending Objects or By-Laws, the full text of which is available here (pdf download).

All members are welcome to attend. Only those members attending in person will be allowed to vote. No proxies are accepted for the Annual General Meetings. The Annual General Meeting for Theatre Calgary will begin at 6:30pm, immediately followed by the Annual General Meeting for the Endowment Foundation at approximately 6:50pm.
