Renew Your Seats


1. Click the first tab at the top of the screen called TICKETS AND WHAT'S ON.

2. Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS to the right-hand side of your screen.

3. Click on the orange button that says RENEW YOUR SEATS. This will open a new window.

4. You can login with your personal email, otherwise click on LOOK UP YOUR ACCOUNT along the top of the login screen. If you are creating a new login, you will need your constituent ID number. You can locate this number on your renewal invoice or on the bottom right-hand side of your current season's tickets.

5. You should now see the details of your subscription. Click CONTINUE. If you would like any changes to your order, please enter your requests into the text field at the bottom of the screen and click ADD CHANGE REQUEST.

6. The online shopping cart screen shows you every performance and seat in your subscription. The total cost of your subscription will appear at the bottom of this screen. Click PROCEED TO CHECK-OUT to pay for your subscription.

7. Select STANDARD MAIL as your delivery option and review your mailing address. Your subscription will be mailed to you in the summer. If you would like additional tickets for A Christmas Carol, enter your request in the notes field at the bottom of the screen. Click CONTINUE

8. Please consider submitting a donation to Theatre Calgary. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and enter your credit card details. Click BUY NOW to complete your payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
