Flex Subscriptions

 

 

What does my Flex Pass subscription package include?

Your Flex Pass consists of six (6) ticket vouchers (printed on our regular ticket stock) that are each redeemable for one ticket to any of the five (5) Mainstage performances and our annual special presentation of A Christmas Carol. You can book your Flex Pass tickets in any combination: use it to take two people to three shows, three people to two shows, four to one show and two to another… you have total flexibility!

Flex Pass subscribers also receive the same benefits as Five-Play subscribers, including ticket exchange privileges and a 20% discount on extra tickets (subject to some conditions).

 

Are there any performances that I cannot book on my Flex Pass?

There are some special presentations that cannot be booked with a Flex Pass, such as tc UP CLOSE, and co-productions with One Yellow Rabbit’s High Performance Rodeo. Flex Passes must also be redeemed for A Christmas Carol prior to December 15th. However, as a subscriber, you still receive your subscriber 20% discount on tickets for A Christmas Carol.

 

I didn’t use all of my Flex vouchers from last season. Can I use them this season?

Unfortunately, no. Flex vouchers must be redeemed during the season for which they were purchased. They don’t carry over into future seasons.

 

How can I book my performance dates?

You can book your performance dates:

  • By phone: Call 403-294-7447 (Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm MT)

    Please be aware that we may experience very high call volumes at certain times of the year. Please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible (typically within two (2) business days).
     
  • In person: Visit us on the +15 level of Arts Commons (Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm MT).

 

Where do I pick up my tickets?

There are several methods in which to receive your tickets:

  • Advanced Pick Up: Tickets may be picked up in advance at the Audience Services on the +15 level of Arts Commons Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm MT
     
  • At Box Office: On the day of your performance, you can pick up your tickets at the Max Bell Theatre Box Office. The Box Office opens one (1) hour before the performance starts.

    In either case, please remember to bring your Flex vouchers with you! We need to collect these vouchers in exchange for your tickets.

 

I booked tickets for a friend using my Flex vouchers. Can my friend pick them up?

Yes, provided that your friend presents the Flex vouchers when they pick up the tickets. Make sure to pass them along!

 

I’ve already booked my performance dates. Can I make an exchange?

Yes, as a Flex Pass subscriber you receive one (1) free exchange per production. Please note that all patrons must notify us at least two (2) business days prior to the original performance, and exchanges are subject to availability on the new requested date.

Tickets can only be exchanged within the same production.

Exchanges are handled exclusively by the Theatre Calgary Audience Services Office, which is open Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm MT. You can also call 403-294-7447 (Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm MT).
