General Information
Start time
Shows start promptly at 11:30am. The doors to the lobby will be open at 10:45 am and we will start seating students at this time. We advise you to arrive at the theatre no later than 11:15 am.
Buses and parking
If you require parking, please inquire through Calgary Parking Authority prior to your attendance.
Seating
We do not issue individual tickets for each student. Seat numbers are submitted to the Front of House department prior to your attendance and your seating is assigned the day of the performance. Front of house staff members will be present and will direct your group to their seats, to fill the house as effectively as possible.
Important Information
Food, beverages, gum, cell phones, cameras and any recording devices are not allowed. Please ensure that your students are aware of this.
For performances with intermissions, we request that students do not leave the lobby areas during the intermission. If students leave the theatre and are late returning, they may not be able to get back into the auditorium once the second act begins. House Manager warnings for intermission cannot be heard outside the lobby areas.
